New Salem 01.jpg

I am experimenting with small grain (noise) and some other things to increase apparent sharpness without having to use unsharp. Although you may not see the effect except in the leaves unless you look at the fullsized one. I am also unsure of how my photos work since I am using a laptop at this time. Any comments on how these are looking would be appreicated. Mel is working now and I am stuck at home so not getting many photos. But I have lots of time to download programs for image editting until I can afford photoshop again. When everything burned I lost my copy. All I have is upgrades since the original was a long long time ago. And of course I can't install upgrades on a new computer. I wish that for every 5 upgrades you have, they would let you get the full new version at upgrade prices. :)

Lovely rustic mood and feel to this composition. Lots of character too.V

Lovely; I like the texture of the cabin walls a lot.

Very nice shot! I like it...There is some noise but not really to bad.
