If this is supposed to be so good for me, why do I feel like a warm bucket of spit? (Probably because there's not much difference between warm sweat and warm spit.) Didn't have anything for today's PAD and decided not to cheat, for a change, so I turned the weapon on myself after the pooch and I finished a run. I suspect some (most?) people look better in sweat.
