12/30/04 - Treadmill Action (Posterized)

I was shooting photos of staff at my YMCA and took a bunch of shots of a treadmill user. I was experimenting with the rear curtain flash. While I still haven't achieved the effect I was seeking, I some like this, which I decided to try posterizing (5 levels).

I don't understand any of the techniques, but I like the finished product. This could be a poster for a run/walk fundraiser, that we have so much of in this area.
