The temple is indeed floating and drifts about within the confines of the anchor lines.

I understand this to be a floating Temple, and accept this as a fact. I have, however, observed that, throughtout the context of the movie, the platform of the Temple did not move; that is also evident from david's photograph titled Temple Pathway and Temple Gate, the sie is just the same as in the movie. The Temple is in an apparent permanent site.
