The chestnuts shot with both cameras set to centre point focus was focused on the central chestnut. The Alpha 350 focus is very accurate. The EOS 7D appears to back focus although the viewfinder seemed to show good focus. The EOS 7D daylight preset balance is much warmer than the Alpha 350, but not as accurate. The colours of all shots are actually more realistic with the Alpha, but more attractive with the Canon.
