I wish that the Rhodo Committee did not insist that the annual parade be held at 12 noon. Of course
the sun has never actually SHINED during the festivities before. I suppose that people can
therefore be excused for not understanding that the light is harsh & contrasty and that horrendous
shadows tend to ruin faces at that time of day. Still ... this one is a little cutey is she not?
