Here we are, leaving the gentle low lying Shelly Beach Park and getting ready to enter the Parkhill
Recreation Reserve which (in turn) is part of Sydney Harbour National Park. This rugged coastal cliff
gives something of an indication that more strenuous efforts will be required of us in the hours to come.
