Following the shoreline south we encounter a precinct dominated by heritage warehouses and pre-container cargo wharfs which
have been structurally restored and converted to up market residences and specialty retail. There are also theatres, arts company
administration centres, fashionable galleries and hi-style offices for architects, corporate "solutions" businesses etc
