I saw this version of the Batmobile from the 1997 Batman & Robin movie at Warner Brothers Studio in Burbank, CA.
Despite being 30 feet long (probably the longest batmobile), this version was supposedly roadtested to 140 mph so it wasn't just "all show and no go".
