Formentera 2007

A 2 week unplanned stay in hospital prevented my visit in May. Thanks to the staff in the Cardic Unit at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford, I was able to make my planned September visit.

As usual, I holidayed with Astbury Formentera, choosing to stay in two different properties at Es Calo. It is always reassuring to know that everything will be just as you want it to be, there will be no sales pressure, and that Elaine will be there to unobtrusively help if needed. http://www.formentera.co.uk/

Kristina, I usually go to Formentera in May, and expect good weather. Not so hot as July/August, but long bright days. Have a good time, Dave.

I discovered Formentera by a lovely film ."Lucia.." I'll go in May for the first time and your pics make me dream more and more... unfortunately, i'll go there for 4 days... do you know if the weather will be nice in may?

Lovely to sit here on a miserable March day to look at these lovely photos to remind me that my favourite holiday destination is there waiting for me. I'm back there in Sep't, and I can't wait.

merci dave, c est vous qui faites les plus belles photos de formentera, évitez de faire des photos lorsque l'ile est envahie par les italiens qui la dénaturent complètement et qui ont introduit le motorino et réintroduit le maillot de bain

Guest. You must have been there for two weeks following us Dave, because the first two weeks of September 2007 weren't bad at all weather wise, apart from being windy on the last two days. Great pictures as usual, keep up the good work, you certainly know how to capture the mood of the island through your camera lens. It's a pity about Miguel and Maria's bar, we missed them a lot, as we have been going to Es Calo for many years.
