San Francisco's month-long Chinese New Year's celebration culminates in the grand parade...the largest outside of Asia. Here,the dragon is chasing a pearl.

Over half a million people lined the streets in the evening parade to watch illuminated floats, marching bands, dancing lions, thundering firecrackers, streaming dragons and perhaps most importantly, thousands of children of all colors dressed in costumes and pig-themed masks to celebrate the Year of the Boar.
