Hi Greg,
Based on the size, placement of the eye, paler nape contrasting with a darker crown and upper back, rounded tail (with outer rectrices appearing to be truly shorter rather than just appearing to be somewhat rounded as in SS) with a broad white tip, and relatively short wings this appears to be an adult Coopers Hawk.
