Ouch.... this is scary.... I hope you don't drop that baby. I tried a lens like that - one doesn't need to go the gym, provides enough excercises.

Nice photo. It's funny to see that monster lens on that little camera body. But it shows you've got your priorities straight - put you money into glass.
