Tom Hinger and Joe Costello. Both were awarded Purple Heart and Silver Star Medals for their heroics during the Battle of Ong Thanh. Tom and Joe were together when the battle started. Both are good friends whom I respect for the soldiers they were and the people they have always been. Taken at a get-together at West Point, 2003.
