Dismantled boat on the trailer. From this first test run, we have found there is too much flex along the 3"x3"x13ft drawbar. There is also too much tongue weight. Moving the axle forward 1-2ft will help both of these issues substantially. Further, to increase the stiffness of the drawbar, we will add an additional 3x3 section on top of the existing one, but extend it back and attach it to the axle member. This should increase stiffness 4 fold.
