FWIW, I liked the composition and PP on the 1st one best RK. I think all it needed, if anything, was a slight more saturation and/or contrast - it's a great picy though! :-) CJ.

Thanks Mary Anne. Have replaced the picture with a different perspective of the same wall. Still playing around with the original picture.

I know that I'm the one who first suggested increasing the contrast, but now I'm not so sure whether I prefer this one or the original version. While this has a nice watercolor look, something has also been lost. RK, it looks to me as if you applied a filter here. How about simply increasing the saturation and/or contrast? (And are we making you crazy yet??)

I am not quite sure whether I prefer the version with fainter colors or this one, the mood is rather different, but there is no difference with respect to quality. -Gerald

Now I agree with Sharon. *grin* ~Lydia

Neat effect, RK, it makes it look like a watercolor painting. I like graphic looking shots! ~Sharon

Thanks Gerald, Mary Anne and Lydia.
I have upped the contrast a bit. Does it look too graphical?

I agree with Mary Anne. Beautiful and need contrast. I really like the way you captured the window as totally blue. ~Lydia

Nice composition here, RK. Have you considered upping the contrast a bit in order to get more "oomph" from the yellow?

The different shades of the flaking paint and the reflection of the dark blue sky in the window make a beautiful image. -Gerald
