It was hard to get the right moment as the cop was standing in the middle of a busy walkway and people kept shadowing through my picture. Fortunatly I snapped the one that I submitted, because the spot of light just disappeared, I think it might have been the reflection off one of the nearby buildings as it was only there for about 2 minutes.
