That's a lot better without the Ralph, there's nothing breaking up the centre of the image now. Good one.

Well done double reflection. I guess "Foster"s job is to set the tone on casual Fridays at the firm? It adds a very welcome splash of color to a mostly monochromatic shot - nice touch.

Thanks Paul for the feedback. The "Ralph" is distracting, thanks for pointing it out... wondering whether to re-shoot this or fix the existing one.

The double reflection effect you have here would work really well in a drunkard challenge with the effect of double vision:>) I like the fact that you move from the clear focused reflection in the sunnies on the right off to the out of focus tinnie on the left. Regarding (*) though, the Ralph writing in the centre distracts as you move across, have you tried cloning it out? You'd have to clone it out of the reflection too of course
