Safe City

This must be the most photographed city sign in France.
The medieval City of Condom, is located in the region of Armagnac, South West France.
Of course, there is absolutely no connection between the place and the device.
Nevertheless, a condom museum (musee du preservatif) has been recently openes there
so who says French don't have a sense of humour?
