I can't even do the shower door without extra drip runs after a shower and here this guy has to time it perfect. I would have thought he would be using a bigger squeegee. Maybe I should get a smaller one and put a rope in the shower ... combine exercise with clean-up.

What a catch - kudos to you for this. Simple, speaks for the working man, and very natural. jano

Rod
Good call YB as they use the bucket when they're caught short:-)

It was fascinating, Doug, watching him work his way across the window. He was too high up for me to shout "you've missed a bit" , but if I had he might have emptied his bucket on me :)

Thanks Rod - and also for the tips on speeding up using this site.

What a find. Nicely done YB. I knew you couldn't have a fear of heights to do this job but I didn't realize you had to be limber too. -Doug

Wow, that's quite a shot. How high was he? And what's an "abseller"?

These are well paid, well trained mountaineers and highly competent abseilers.

Daredevil window washer! I don't think American unions would tolerate these working conditions. Good reflection too. -tv

Thanks Penny - I was fascinated watching him swing back and forth to reach under the balconies. Got a Sudoku to keep me amused while waiting for the next pic to load.
