I was thinking about this and telling my own story, I thought it might have been a 'sheltered workshop' or some such environment. The cup was a pretty strong clue though?

Kelly, this is a rehab and job-training place for women who are recovering from substance abuse and/or have been in jail. She's putting together folders for archival storage. I wish I could have shown her face, but I have to respect the privacy concerns.
