Very clever title Victor.

I was a little confused with this in that the river seems to just fade out? Then I saw the duck and the penny dropped... lol! ~ Regards Melbob

And the title is very smart one too. Best wishes. Sam Attal

According to Google Earth, the river bank is about 20-25 feet higher than the river surface at this spot. Seems about right. -- Victor

Not from an airplane. This was taken in Idaho Falls, Idaho, just downstream from the falls for which the city is named. The ground there is made out of frozen lava, the river having carved a channel through it. I'm standing at the edge of the river, looking down into the channel. -- Victor

This is really a nice abstract, Victor...I mean really, really maybe even significant...taken from an airplane? Best Wishes, Traveller
