Thanks for commenting, Cindy. Yes, this was an interesting thing indeed! LOL! Hubby was driving me around the city and I was shooting with a slow shutter and a flash, looking for interesting effects to occur. They sure did! I think it looks like a PS composite, but it's straight out of the camera this way. Everything came together with the camera settings, the interesting subject wearing an odd hat, the broken umbrella, and the rain. Pure serendipity here! :) ~ Lonnit
