The chair was lit from the left with a single off-camera flash;
ambient light did the rest; converted from RAW;
Orton effect and border applied in PhotoShop Elements;
played with levels and curves to boost contrast slightly.

(I just wanted to give credit to Bruce Jones's 'the bench'. It was looking at his entry, where the 'softness' reminded me of Orton, that inspired the idea to try something along these lines.)

Loving color as I do, they are magificent here...many differernt colors and tones to the bricks...the leaves are "crisp," to the point of snapping and shattering into individual pieces...a great mood piece Nico. Best wishes, Traveller

Very rich color here. The Orton effect does add a dreamy quality which I think fits this image. -Michael
