I agree with Angela and Ed. The tone lends to the feeling of foreboding. The lens choice also adds to the tension as it feels like the trees are closing in.

Jude, this is really excellent. Those somber blue tones against the black silhouetted trees and fog is wonderful. Very creepy.. I'm not sure I'd want to walk in there.

What is that small, small orange glow at the grass in the middle..? Huuuuu. Feels like Blair Witch again. /Jonas
For me this is peaceful, but I think there can be a slightly ominous edge to the towering sentinals just standing there in the fog, silently...watching.
