William Bell

The subject is a spunky kid who had a rocky start in life. Born in Arkhangelsk, Russia, in 1993, adopted by American parents in 1999. Suffered traumatic head injury at age 6 months; first mom committed suicide when she was 14 months old; taken from her Russian father's custody after he sold her clothes for vodka money. The strabismus obvious in this photo was surgically corrected several weeks after I took the picture.
