Thomas, Cardinal Wolsey

Born in Ipswich about 1470 and one of the most illustrious citizens. His statue is placed on a widening of several streets with good buildings on a few corners. His cat is included as recorded 1st incumbent of official mouser to HM government, but I don't know if the location has a name http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-suffolk-13905245
