Sven what you wrote is what THE CURE is all about falling in love over and over ! I too have 100 plus shows in the past 15 years and have seen them in 10 different countries! have met some awsome people over the years including the band! Their music changed my life and helped me get through some really dark times! It is relly nice to hear the positive effect that THE CURES music has on people! nobody other than a true CURE fan can understand the need to travel and see them again and again and again!!! cheers!!!!

From Sven:
"The gigs were indeed overwhelming and very, very intense. I mean: Doesn't it sound strange that a 40 year old bloke with more than 100 cure gigs in 25 years had tears in his eyes during all songs?

Everything was so special: setlist, mood, location, lightshow, sound, line up etc. Very difficult to point out highlights as there were so many. It was so great to hear that many songs I never have seen being played live before: Another Day, Three, Doubt...

Moreover I fell back in love with old classics as their performance was done in such a nice way: 3 imaginary boys, A Forest, Drowning Man, Let's go to bed!

Roger but also Lol brought back the old sound and spirit of the band. It felt like the start of a new cure era... Amazingly this was achieved by playing the real old stuff before having grown into a band that plays bigger stadiums. Gosh, these songs have changed my life and they still touch my soul....just on the road to the airport listening to Seventeen Seconds. Sun just arised...what a day..."
