the photographer named this follow the light .. look to the end of the hallway .. in the direct end of the light beam is a dark sorta looks like a figure .. to the left of the beam at the end of the hallway is a white image .. this section of the hospital doesnt seem to be getting sunlight in it as the hallway looks quite dark so u cant blame the white image on "sunlight" .. makes u wonder ..
