There were two purple crocuses and three white ones in bloom yesterday; today it was an explosion of color adding to the yellow ones that popped up a few days earlier. It was very windy today and hard to take pictures -- even at 1/500 there were quite a few blurry shots. You probably can't see it in the photo, but the insides of the flowers have pollen all over them from being knocked around so badly.
