Special, indeed. The presence of the fence adds great depth, and the fact that the fence is repeated in the background ties it all together. I also like the vertical frame that once again constricts the horizontal flow of the image and creates greater tension. Henri Cartier Bresson did this in his famous puddle jumper shot as well. See:
