The money for repairing items within the clinic seems to have been diverted

That seems to be the norm ever since the dental command was "absorbed" by the medical command
Money that we always had readily available to us has been usurped

Sooooooooo . . . a lab light that is SUPPOSED to be attached to that white arm extending outward from a support . . .

Is dangling precariously by it's electrical cord as the dentist balances it on his hand and tries to do intricate detail work
