This is a military town

And we honor our armed forces

This town has just built another plaza with bronze sculptures that depict the aviators

Some of them are represented here

The monuments are so new, the plaques are not completely set and require heavy duty bands to hold them in place

Very nice series... I was in the Air Force during the Vietnam issue. I would like to think we were making the world a better and safer place. But at this point, I am not smart enough to know for sure.
