There must be an air show coming up
I don't usually see and hear quite THIS much activity on a daily basis

These guys appear to be practicing a formation that requires that the jets fly reallllllly slowly for the prop guy to keep up =]

And even tho I like my new Canon G6 . . .nothing beats my Oly for 10X optical zoooom =D
No PSing other than resize and levels

Great capture. I sort of miss the days when my husband did this. When the planes would jet over the house our children would say "Pop's boys".

Neat action shot of the planes. Maybe the slower planes were filming it? And you're right about the UZI. It is a classic that has never been replaced.

I love these formations and the F-86 at the rear is a great 'fifties icon. I think the jet pilots have to be pretty skilled to fly slowly without stalling. Oh, I shouldn't have said that, should I ?

Fun catch, and well done. Are you shooting RAW? If so you can crop in tighter. I like what you got. I took one of an F-18 from my car today while moving on the freeway (thinking about you and your jet shots), but the wide angle lens was on and I didn't get much detail.
