It had been a while since I had been in the studio
I went tonight

It kicked my BUTT!
I'm taking a shower and going to bed

It's going to take a while before I can tolerate this the way I did just a short time ago
That saying of use it or lose it applies SO well here

And it gets LOST waaaaay faster than it gets found these days =]
