I spent the morning walking thru a historic and residential section
This house was built in 1907 for The Jamestown Exhibition

There are several of these majestic old homes maintained & used by the Navy
This one just looked typically 'Deep South' to me

There is this view for today or a different view (in sepia AND in color)

Lovely colonial style home... built as late as 1907! Just a youngster then, but no less attractive for that.

That's some house! Like the color ones best, showing the deep green grass and flower beds. Lovely.
