I could see where you might think that these were orioles, but, no, they are robins. I think Orioles tend tonest higher so PaDrs llike me can't peek into their bedrooms =]
Phyllis Stewart27-May-2004 06:53
Fantastic! Are these orioles?

Did you have to climb up high to get this shot? It's a fantastic picture, even though they're not so pretty yet.
John Buffin11-May-2004 01:27
Love the commentary.
Nice shot too.
Susan10-May-2004 14:27
They are blushing 'cause they are ladies, and they are shy ... haha.
Mike Johnson10-May-2004 03:23
What a great moment to capture. How did you capture this at that angle?
Karen Leaf10-May-2004 03:12
They do look a little 'snug' in their nest. Any idea how old? Great shot!
Guest 10-May-2004 02:43
Wow!! What an awesome experience to have the chance to photograph these littel ones! I look for nests everytime we walk but so far, only empties.
snootydog10-May-2004 02:38
Oh man, this is so special. I would love to track a nest of baby birds from eggs to leaving home but none seem to want to cooperate with that wish of mine. This is just great and I like your perspective.
Guest 10-May-2004 01:44
I want to say HOW CUTE...but they really aren't cute yet, thay are kind of....well....ugly! LOL!! But an AWESOME picture! I look forward to you getting more of these!
Guest 09-May-2004 21:58
What a truly stunning image. I wish I could do that. But I couldn't so I guess I should leave it to the experts. Fantastic

Adalberto Tiburzi08-May-2004 20:15
Clever shot, but hard to find beauty in those not being their parents :-)
Guest 08-May-2004 20:10

That is the way to photograph the beggars when they can’t move.
A great shot. I love birds but I find chicks rather horrific.
