Anyone who thinks yoga is just bending and stretching and chanting "ommmmmmm" has not tried hot yoga . . .
it's exactly what it says it is.
The practice is done in a room heated to at least 105, usually 110-12, and you spend an hour to two hours in a workout that will boggle your mind. . . . WHEW!

Thanks for all the neat comments everyone . . .the silhouette effect was what I was after, but I couldn't figure out how to make that hot spot (the light, I mean - no pun intended on the yoga place) less noticeable without losing some detail. If any of you have ideas plese let me know.
