Old church - Fort Langley

This I believe is a catholic church dating from the past
located on the Indian Reserve across the Fraser River
in Fort Langley. It is still in use. The weather here has
turned chily and you'll see frost on the mountains in the background.

Beautiful setting, Cliff, and captured with gorgeous light. I do wish those branches weren't blocking my view of that awesome mountian.... but it is a small wish there is so much in this image to enjoy. Thanks for your comments about the history of this building.

I know Robin - me too - but I only had a monopod and couldn't reduce the aperture to increase the DOF. With many of my images I say "if only". :o)

Beautiful shot... great range of light and color. I do find the out of focus branches in the foreground a bit distracting.
