Canary Wharf, London

Opened in 1999, Canary Wharf is one of the capital’s most important Underground stations. Unlike many from earlier eras, it lacks the maze of tunnels that feature so regularly in central London.

Like everyone else, I like this alot. I'm struck by almost all the color coming from the architecture - it renders the passengers anonymous with the exception of the few brightly clothed in the foreground. Excellent, Ray.

Fantastic. It could have been taken at many places in the world, even in Toronto. Love the light on the escalators as a contrast to the counters/shops to the left as well as those unanimous travellers.

I like this with its random but not quite random effect. The interaction of the two figures bottom left makes it for me.

the primary colours are excellent...the blue of the escalators, the yellow of the poles and signs, and the splashes of red clothing on the woman, ticket inspector and child. brilliant!
