I don’t think the lady from the fabric shop had really realised what her wares would contribute to this shot that I took in a back street in Bracknell, a town not renowned for its natural charm.

Upon showing her the image on my LCD, she said that I should have been here 20 minutes beforehand when she had many more rolls in front of the metal shutters.

I need to go back…
