Great image of past and present..From the road name sign up to the chimney,still immaculate like a 50's postcard..then below that its just so present times.... :(
Its very sad!...very clever shot and well though out.

wow this is an old pub. i can see why you decided to go monochrome, it has a old feel to it. :)
btw image is still tilted to the left (just a smig). :)

B&W always seems to enhance the dereliction somehow. Sad end to what must at one time been a thriving pub.
