Found this not far from Convent Garden when up in London. Appears to wear a Swedish plate, but David, will you pampering this in 40 years time?

FOOTNOTE:I first shot this on the artifical light setting in error and you can see the 'fake blue' version and this one side by side here.

This is very cute, and Beetle is my favourite. A college friend of mine owned one many many years ago, and he used to drive all the way from Birmingham to London ... nearly choked the engine.
