I've always been a bit mystified at the place called Christmas Pie, but I think it really only refers to the cross roads, but there is a Christmas Pie Avenue in the village, which is called Flexford.

Just to complicate matters, Wanborough Railway Station is in Flexford too. But I think that is a case of houses growing up around the station and almost becoming a new village.
