I don't do blind hip shots that often but this was on target (rather than resulting in a picture of a litter bin or the sky) and like the result. And I think imperfections here are essential to illustrate how I took the shot.

Yeah she's noticed alright, but her eye contact just re-inforces her as the focal point of the image. This is also helped of course by her being the only woman, and by not being bang in the centre. I do like the compo a lot and hope you haven't had to crop it too much. (and now I'm going to put a damper on, by saying shame you were @ f1.4 as I bet her eyes aren't pin sharp - I guess this is one of the imperfections you were talking about)

Sometimes when shooting from the hip you strike lucky,this is one of those.Love the expression on the guy nr.2 from the right,not one of his greatest moment I`m sure!:-)
