South Gare is the southern headland at the mouth of the River Tees where you can watch the ships come in and out of Teesport, one of Britain’s busiest ports.

I love this area, it is so different from the regimented Home Counties where I live!

Don't you just love it when the big ship sails past? I love this place, too, our window to the whole wide world! This ship, btw. is registered in Singapore.
