As some of You noticed,
i am not very active on PBase, even less than before
since quite a while...

I am under physiotherapy treatments and it is helping.

What you see here is the outside of my right leg resting on a pillow.
At the knee level. Leg pant rolled-up, fibreglass cast below...
This is an ultra-sound machine.
That is a very peaceful treatment and is part of my daily routine.
And....my physiotherapist is very cool.
