Creamy Green Smoothie

Delicious and nutritious!

Blend ingredients in High Speed Blender:
Eight ice cubes
One frozen banana
Two chunks of frozen pineapple
Large handful of kale
One apple
1 tsp Ginger
1/4 Cup Apple juice
1/2 Cup Peanuts

Apple iPhone 6S
1/30s f/2.2 at 4.2mm iso160 full exif
