Giving up salt was not easy at first, however,
as I learned to use herbs in cooking, I don't miss the sodium.
Several herbs are natural blood thinners, also, which is a
great help when dealing with heart disease.
All of these herbs are nutritious and add wonderful flavor to food.
Ginger \ Tumeric \ Cumin \ Dill \ Basil \ Thyme
Fennel Seeds \ Flax Seeds \ Rosemary
Hibiscus and Fennel Teas taste good and are medicinal.
