Tulip Tree Blossoms.

Several have asked about these blossoms, so I thought
I would post a closer view of them; picked up some
of the fallen blossoms (petals) and
find they are 2 to 3 inches in length, and a delicate combination
of pink and white.

Magnolia x soulangiana (Saucer or Chinese Magnolia). 20-25' tall and usually wider than tall in form. Early bloomer with large saucer-shaped creamy white blooms that are purplish-pink outside.
